Gratitude Forest is the introductory phase of One S'more, a gamified mental health application.

Gratitude Forest serves as a platform to document and collect moments of appreciation, whether directed towards individuals, acts of kindness, or positive aspects of daily life. It offers an engaging method to construct a visual diary of life's blessings, transcending mere contemplation or traditional text-based journaling.

Each month, users are provided with a seed to plant and nurture into a gratitude tree. Upon expressing daily gratitude entries, a magical fruit materializes on the tree. With time, users cultivate a forest adorned with gratitude trees and fruits—a tangible testament to life's positive aspects.

The choice of Gratitude Forest as the initial phase is grounded in the potent impact of gratitude on mental fortitude, accentuated by its minimal daily time commitment. Regularly revisiting moments of gratitude can diminish stress, curb negative ideation, and foster an optimistic and joyful mindset.

Furthermore, users can schedule professional counseling sessions within the app with trained listeners.

In forthcoming updates, users will have the opportunity to unlock features by completing challenges like maintaining gratitude streaks. Ongoing development includes additional gamified components and mental health exercises currently undergoing testing. The subsequent feature in the pipeline is a Mental Health Toolbox featuring diverse activities to aid in coping with various scenarios.
